Rota · shift board
The shift board your café rota has been missing
Rota is a shared shift board for small hospitality teams. Post the shifts you need covered, let the team claim them, and see the whole week in one place — instead of scrolling back through the group chat.
Post a shift
Title, date and hours — about ten seconds. It appears at the top of the board straight away.
Claim it
Anyone on the team taps “Claim”. The board records who took it, and it stays claimed.

Send one read-only link to the people who only need to look — a printable board for the back office.
How a café actually uses it
Monday morning, the manager posts the gaps. By lunch the bar staff have claimed them. Nobody writes the rota on the back of a receipt any more.
